In-Person & Virtual Dementia Support & Navigation
Compassionate support for both you and your loved one with cognitive challenges.
You donāt have to navigate dementia care on your own.
Did you know, caregivers of loved ones with dementia are 30-40% more likely to experience depression and anxiety? I have seen how overwhelming and isolating it can feel to care for a loved one with dementia.
A diagnosis is a life-changing experience for both individuals and loved ones. As a dementia expert, I will help you navigate the emotions and challenges, while giving you the opportunity to live a fulfilling life. We will explore the present and anticipate the future, while enhancing quality of life.
How Can I Help?
-
I am here to support those newly diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia, as well as individuals noticing brain changes and wondering if these are a normal part of aging.
This life-changing experience often brings questions, concerns, and anxiety. I am here to help navigate these emotions and challenges ahead.
-
Everyoneās journey is different, including the progression and characteristics of the condition. I encourage all to reach out sooner rather than later, however I understand the amount of courage it takes to start the conversation.
Being proactive allows the individual to express their desires and preferences, maintaining their autonomy and ensuring their wishes are respected as they move forward.
-
It takes a team to provide excellent, comprehensive dementia care. This involves collaboration among healthcare professionals, caregivers and support systems.
I have built a network of resources with specialized skills, perspectives, and support to help address the diverse needs. Working together ensures that all aspects of careāemotional, financial, cognitive, physical, and socialāare met with compassion and expertise.
-
Many families are looking to keep their loved one safe at home or interested in learning more about alternative care options. As progression occurs, the needs will change. Discussing these options early can prevent a crisis and stress, as well as maintain independence for the individual.
-
Isolation, losing interest or having difficulty with activities one used to do can often be caused by a combination of cognitive decline, difficulty processing information, emotional challenges, or even physical discomfort.
I can help one maintain independence, find joy in activities and connect with others, while feeling confident and capable.
-
I encourage people to reach out to me, whether you have specific questions or just want to explore how I can help.
I understand everyoneās journey and situation are unique, requiring tailored support and navigation.

Meet Your Dementia Coach
Hannah Klassy, M.S., SLP, CDP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Dementia Practitioner
Hi, I'm Hannah! Iām a Certified Dementia Practitioner and founder of Dementia Dimensions.
I have experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where I bring a unique and valuable perspective to dementia coaching due to my expertise in communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders. I offer practical techniques and strategies that can be applied to real-life situations, helping to address everyday challenges effectively.
Many families are unable to find answers and solutions to the challenges dementia has brought into their lives. Doctor appointments feel short, allowing limited discussions regarding dementia support. I founded Dementia Dimensions to provide much needed support to families, caregivers, and individuals with dementia where everyone feels heard and supported.
